Returns
Our policy is valid for 7 days after delivery or collection of the order. If you have not returned the items to our warehouse within 7 days of the delivery of your purchase, we unfortunately can`t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Proof of invoice and purchase will be required.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
For returns and any details on returns contact info@italfire.co.za , we will send you details and shipment reference for a return shipment , without our reference returns will not be accepted.
Goods NOT collected within 1 month of invoice date, will incur storage fee per pallet for the space being occupied.
Special order products /once off imports / Customised items may not be returned or exchanged or refunded.
Damages or incorrect order
Should you receive damaged goods or an incorrect product, we would require an immediate notification with photos of goods in packaging before and after opening as well as photos of damage on goods or showing the incorrect order. All photos and information would need to be sent to info@italfire.co.za
Refunds
On receipt of your return we will inspect the good, and inform you whether the goods are approved on not for a refund. If your refund is accepted we will refund you via the method of payment. Always use the reference you receive from info@italfire.co.za when the process started, to follow up on your refund.

Please note refunds will only be paid to a SARS recognised account. Please make sure that when you purchase you are purchasing through a SARS recognised account.
Non-returnable items
Consumable products will not be eligible for returns. Please check before your purchase if a product is regarded as a consumable or not and therefore not a returnable item.
