7 day return policy, you will have 7 days to after receiving goods to request a return.

Goods will need to be in original condition and in same packaging as received, unused. Proof of invoice and purchase will be required.

Damages or incorrect order

Should you receive damaged good or an incorrect product, we would require an immediate notification with photos of good in packaging before and after opening as well as photos of damage on goods or showing the incorrect order. All photos and information would need to be sent to


On receipt of your return we will inspect the good, and inform you whether the goods are approved on not for a refund. If your refund is accepted we will refund you via the method of payment. Always use the reference you receive from when the process started, to follow up on your refund.

Non-returnable items

Consumable products will not be eligible for returns. Please check before your purchase if a product is regarded as a consumable or not and therefore not a returnable item.
