Description
The Charnwood Island 2 Freestanding Fireplace is the middle stove in the Island collection. With a slightly larger view of the fire it still retains its clean-line proportions while producing a rated 8kW of heat to the room. Optional convection panels are also available and it can take a log length of up to 440mm (17”). This stove may burn wood logs in smoke control areas if fitted with a smoke reduction kit
The Charnwood Island II achieved test results in Europe of 82% efficiency on wood and 79% on other solid fuels. It also achieved extremely low smoke particle level of 14mg/m3 (the Eco-design limit is 40mg/m3). This means that this stove is a responsible choice for those seeking minimal impact on the environment.
The All New Island II is one of Charnwood’s latest additions to the Island range.
This redesign of our classic twin door stove has a larger picture window and incorporates our Blu burning technology. This stove burns with an efficiency of over 82% with extremely low smoke particle level of 14mg/m3 (the Ecodesign limit is 40mg/m3).
